2023 Annual Report
Our Expansion into Central Indiana
We completed our expansion into Central Indiana last year, with the opening of our Muncie and Pendleton branches. These new locations, in addition to Fortville, which opened in 2022, brought our total branch count to 24. The total investment for this expansion was $7.5M.
Our partners at Strategic Growth Advisors helped us bring three beautiful, open concept branch buildings to the region. Each branch is around 3,000 square feet, with separate rooms for business, mortgage, and investment services, separate drive-thru lanes, and ATMs. Each location also showcases artwork from local artists.
Expanding our footprint to Central Indiana has allowed our cooperative to serve new members—offering access to high-touch technology and expanded mortgage and business services—provide jobs in the area, and invest community dollars in Delaware, Madison, and Hancock counties.

- Team3 is passionate about dedicating their time and talents by taking part in volunteer opportunities throughout the year. You may have spotted some of our team members out at Taste of the Arts, Richmond Meltdown, the Bluffton Street Fair, Fortville Winterfest, Fire Up DWNTWN in Muncie, the Pendleton Fall Festival, and more!
- Thirty team members graduated from our Community LEADERS program in 2023. This program is designed to help develop and train our team members to become dynamic Board and committee member leaders in the communities 3Rivers serves.
