With over 10 years of experience in customer service, Emilee Castillo is passionate about seeking solutions and providing a personal touch for our members. She supports the Retail Sales Team by collecting and reporting data for our team to identify strengths and areas of opportunity for improving the experiences of our business members.
By discovering and establishing 3Rivers Partners, she is a part of an initiative that allows employers to offer the possibility of 3Rivers membership to their employees, members, and volunteers. This includes the opportunity to empower more individuals to pursue financial wellness, which is a cause close her heart.
